Bhopal, March 26, 2022: A 10-day ‘Culinary Heist’ Asian and Italian Food Festival is being organised at Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal at its multi cuisine restaurant MoMo Café between 7.30 to 11 pm. Food lovers who are passionate about international cuisine are enjoying lip-smacking Asian and Italian dishes. With more than 10 years of experience in making these dishes, the team of chefs is preparing different dishes every day with new menus to cater to the food lovers. The festival that started on March 25 will last till April 3.
Rakesh Upadhyay, General Manager, Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal informed this at a press conference organised here on Saturday. He said that in the last few years, the food lovers of Bhopal have developed taste for international food. They want to get to taste a variety of international dishes that taste fresh and authentic. In order to satisfy their cravings, we have come up with Asian and Italian Food Festival.
Amol Patil, Executive Chef, Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal, said that the Mediterranean diet is considered to be very healthy. It is a great combination of health and taste.
He further added that Chef Shankar and Chef Anil and their team bring together a unique blend of modernity to traditional spices and generation old recipes to delight guests with a range of delicious dishes- from Starters to Sweet Dishes. Besides buffet there will also be live counters where guests can order their favourite dishes.
Major Veg and Non-Veg dishes that will be served during the festival include Tom Kha Gai soup, Pumpkin and Shrimp Soup, Raw Banana Salad, Crisp Fried Mushroom, Southern Spiced Cottage Cheese, Thai Masaman Curry, Phad Phak Bung, Aspragus Mix Mushroom, Jasmine Rice, Stuffed Cabbage Dolmas, Classic Eggplant Parmigna, Kai Takarai, Risota Con Piselli and many more.
In addition, traditional pasta, risotto and gnocchi are available at the live counters. Food lovers may also0 order customize pizza on live counters.
