SJC is holding its Annual Function on December 19th& 20th this year. In order to give a chance to all the talented student’s spate functions will held for the various sections of the school. Earlier this month a Kaleidoscope was conducted for the students of classes 9th to 12th and now these two days will see over 1500 students participating from K.G. I to Class VIII. “GATEWAY TO GREATNESS” was the theme of the first days function which was for students from K.G. I to Class 2.
The Chief Guest was Brig. Rajesh Joshy, President, 20 Services Selection Board also present on the occasion was the Manager of the School Sr. Francis Joseph.
The programme began with the traditional prayer Dance and welcome song. Followed by a welcome speech. There was an action song and a fairy dance which has everyone clapping. The skit “Harmonious Co-existence” showing how humans and animals can live in peaceful co-existence with each other touched a chord in hearts of the audience. The finale wings of Dreams depicted how education of SJC strengthens the “Wings” of the students so that they can dare and soar and achieve their dreams.
The Chief Guest was highly appreciative of the theme and the varied displays ofthe students. He also congratulated K.G. Head Mistress Sr. Nisha, Primary Head Mistress Sr. Staniya for their support and contribution to the students. K.G. Head Mistress Sr. Nisha proposed vote of thanks. He congratulated the Principal Sr. Lilly on her untiringefforts in giving so much to the all-round education of her students.
