The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) is gearing up to host one of its most awaited academic and industry-oriented events, Marketing Conclave 2026, organized by the GEMS Club. Scheduled for February 6, 2026, from 10:00 AM onwards, the conclave is expected to bring together marketing professionals, business leaders, academicians, and students from across the country for a day of learning, interaction, and strategic insight.


With the theme “Decoding Gen Z and Gen Alpha: The Next Billion Customers,” the conclave will focus on understanding the rapidly evolving consumer landscape shaped by digital natives, changing preferences, and technology driven behaviour.
