No maid, no schools, no extra classes, no outdoor playtime. So how to manage kids at home while we juggle office conferences along with our household chores? Firstly, explain your kids, this isn’t the normal vacations going on. They need to keep learning and we need to keep working.
Prepare a schedule and make them follow it strictly. With little patience and understanding, you will be able to nurture them well. Add in some physical activity too.
Use positive reinforcement techniques like token economy in order to train them. Prepare an activity chart and reward them with points for each assigned task like cleaning the bed, watering the plants , reading a book etc. Calculate the points into money at the end of the month and buy them anything of their choice. This practice would definitely set the child the way you want. But you have to be very rigid and particular with the schedule you created.

Set up a proper workplace for both, like a mini table chair same as yours, to make the children understand the seriousness of the work timings.
Google and search a new activity for the kids on a daily basis. Bring their creativity out instead of them getting glued to a TV or iPad. Set a proper screen time for them to avoid digital addiction.
Lastly, maintaining psychological health may be the greatest challenge of being cooped up with your family. Make sure to arrange regular intervals of quality time with your children throughout the working day. ‘Whether it’s playing their favourite game, reading together or even talking to let off some steam, the dedicated attention from you will help ensure they don’t feel ignored and haven’t had a boring day!’
