Food trail of authentic taste of Italy, Noor-Us-Sabah Welcom Heritage Hotel brings Italian delicacies on the platter for food lovers of the city. The heritage hotel is hosting an Italian food festival ‘Etalian Food Fest’ at hotel’s restaurant Marble Arch. The food festival began here from Friday. Chef Suman Rakshit with his team introduces the food fest for Bhopalites. The Italian food is ready to take food lover’s taste buds to another level.
Talking to the media, Chef Suman said that there are many cuisines around the world, but perhaps none of them focuses on the type of all-day work and preparation that Italian cuisine does. That’s because much of the food served throughout Italy simply requires a great deal of work to cook and prepare. Aged cheeses and fresh breads, essential to finish off any truly authentic Italian meal, sometimes take multiple days or months to prepare.
