अंतराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस पर आज देश और दुनिया में नारी शक्ति को सलाम किया जा रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने भी ट्वीट कर महिला दिवस की शुभकामनाएं दी हैं। जहां दुनिया में हर कोई अपने अंदाज में इस विशेष दिन को मना रहा है वहीं सर्च इंजन गूगल ने भी महिला दिवस मनाने के लिए अपना अंदाज चुना है। गूगल ने आज एक स्पेशल डडल बनाया है जो नारी शक्ति को सलाम कर रहा है।

RJ Sukriti of RADIO MIRCHI HELPED CONNECTING the heart of India with India. Became the voice for the campaign right from its onset and associated with the on-going initiative as Exclusive Radio Partners for ‘SUPPORT BHOPAL FOR AIR CONNECTIVITY’. Did live shows with Miss Prachi Baluapuri (Founder & Group Admin) and rest of the core team members. Dedicated time in the morning show for Support Bhopal For Air Connectivity. Interviewed people from different sectors regarding the difficulties they were facing due to the lack of air connectivity on a daily basis also connected with authorities. Did meetings with authorities along with core team members putting forward the need and demand of citizens for better Air Connectivity. It became a daily ritual for Radio Mirchi to support through Interviews, live shows, Facebook and Twitter page promotion. Promoted the marathon organized recently for the cause. Currently Bhopal has 38 flights in a day as compared to earlier 20 flights, connecting now with not just delhi and mumbai but Hyderabad Bangalore Jaipur Shirdi. Its an ongoing campaign because yeah dil mangey more.

कहते हैं अगर काम करने का जज्बा है तो दुनिया में तूफानों में भी दिये जलाए जा सकते हैं। यह कहावत डॉ. मोनिका मलिक पर एक दम सटीक बेढ़ती है। मध्यप्रदेश राज्य उपभोक्ता विभाग प्रतितोषण आयोग की सदस्य के तौर पर लंबे समय से कार्य कर रहीं हैं। वहां वे उपभोक्ता विभाग के प्रर्कणों का निराकरंण करती हैं। इसके पूर्व वे जिला उपभोक्ता फोरम के सदस्य के रूप में कार्यरत थीं। अपने काम को ईश्वर की पूजा और आराधना मानने वाली डॉ. मोनिका मलिक देश के जाने माने डॉ. सुनिल मलिक न्यूरो फिजिशियन की पत्नी हैं। तथा दो हौनहार बच्चे तनिषा और जयवीर की मां हैं। घर की जिम्मेदारीयों से लेकर समाजिक व सांस्कृतिक कार्यों में हमेशा अग्रंणी रहने वाली डॉ. मोनिका मलिक मेहनत और सरलता का अपने आप में एक संगम हैं। समाज हमेशा ऐसी महिलाओं का सम्मान करता है।

* अपने क्षेत्र में खास उपलब्धियां हासिल करने वाली कुछ महिलाओं का उदाहरण देकर हम महिलाओं की उन्नति को दशार्ते है। पर अगर आप ध्यान दे तो कुछ अदभुत करने वाली महिलाएं तो हर काल में रही है। सीता से लेकर द्रौपदी, रजिया सुल्तान से लेकर दुर्गावति, लक्ष्मीबाई से लेकर इंदिरा गांधी । परन्तु महिलाओं की स्थिति में कितना परिवर्तन आया? और आम महिलाओं ने परिवर्तन को किस तरह से देखा?
सोच में परिवर्तन
दरअसल असल परिवर्तन तो आना चाहिए आम लोगों के जीवन में। जरुरत है उनकी सोच में परिवर्तन लाने की। उन्हें बदलने की। आम महिलाओ के जीवन में परिवर्तन, उनकी स्थिति में, उनकी सोच में परिवर्तन। यही तो है असली सशक्तिकरण
आर्थिक
उन्हें बचपन से सिखाया जाता है की खाना बनाना जरुरी है। आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम होना भी जरुरी है। जरुरत है की सिखाया जाये की कमाना भी जरुरी है। परिवार के लिये नहीं वरन अपने लिए। पैसे से खुशियाँ नहीं आती, पर बहुत कुछ आता है जो साथ खुशियाँ लाता है। उन्हें सब आता है। वे सब करती है। उनके इसी हुनर को घर के बाहर लाना है।
गुजरात
एक ऐसा राज्य है जहाँ से काफी पुरूष काम काज के सिलसिले में विदेश चले जाते हैं। मजबुरन औरतों को घर से बाहर कदम निकालना पडता है, कभी बच्चों के लिये तो कभी घर के दैनिक काम-काज के लिये। धीरे-धीरे उनका आत्मविशवास और स्वाभिमान बढने लगता है। ऐसा कई दशको से चल रहा है। फलत: आज गुजराती औरतो में आत्मविशवास, और स्वाभिमान कुट-कुट कर भरा है। इसके कई उदाहरण मुझे अपने अनगिनत गुजरात प्रवासों के दौरान देखने को मिले।
राजनैतिक अस्तित्व
महिला उम्मीदवारों के चयन में इन राजनीतिक दलों के यहां भी वही पैमाना है जो टीवी सीरीयल और तेल मसाला के विज्ञापन में होता है। महिलाओं को टिकट देना होता है, तो सिनेमा-सीरीयल से लेकर राजशाही खानदानों के खंडहरों से निकाल लाते हैं। किसी भी राष्ट्र की शक्ति आप उस राष्ट्र के पुरुषों के पीछे होने वाली महिलाओं से लगा सकते हैं. तभी तो कहा जाता है आर्मी बिहाइंड आर्मी
